This Cookie Policy explains how Airdress, Inc. (“Airdress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Airdress website and dashboard (collectively, the “Site”).
What Are Cookies#
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make websites function, improve efficiency, and provide information to the site operator. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and other browser-based storage mechanisms.
Cookies We Use#
We use cookies in two categories: strictly necessary cookies that the Site requires to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the Site is used. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent.
Strictly Necessary Cookies#
These cookies are required for the Site to operate correctly. They are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive (for users in the European Economic Area) because the Site cannot function without them.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
session_id | Maintains your authenticated session after login. Without this cookie, you would need to log in on every page load. | Session (deleted when you close your browser) | First-party |
csrf_token | Protects against cross-site request forgery attacks by validating that form submissions and API requests originate from the Site. | Session | First-party |
__cf_bm | Set by Cloudflare to distinguish humans from bots. Required for DDoS protection and security of the Site. | 30 minutes | Third-party (Cloudflare) |
cf_clearance | Set by Cloudflare after a visitor successfully completes a security challenge. Prevents repeated challenges during browsing. | Up to 24 hours | Third-party (Cloudflare) |
Analytics Cookies (Consent Required)#
We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site and to improve the Service. These cookies are only set after you provide consent through our cookie banner. If you do not consent, no analytics cookies are placed and no analytics data is collected.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
ph_* | PostHog analytics cookies used to identify unique visitors, track sessions, and record interactions with the Site. | Up to 1 year | First-party (set by PostHog) |
PostHog analytics data is self-hosted or processed under our data processing agreement with PostHog, Inc. We do not use analytics data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie preferences link in the Site footer.
We do not use any cookies for advertising, targeting, or profiling.
Cookies We Do Not Use#
To be explicit, we do not use:
- Advertising or targeting cookies
- Social media tracking pixels or widgets
- Retargeting or remarketing cookies
Your Consent and Choices#
When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner will ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are placed. You can:
- Accept analytics cookies to help us improve the Service.
- Decline analytics cookies. The Site will function normally without them.
- Change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie preferences link in the Site footer.
Strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF, and Cloudflare security cookies) do not require consent and cannot be disabled, as the Site cannot function without them.
Third-Party Services#
The following third-party services may set cookies or process data through the Site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides content delivery, DDoS protection, and web application firewall services. Cloudflare cookies (
__cf_bm,cf_clearance) are strictly necessary for security. Cloudflare’s privacy policy is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. - ZITADEL (CAOS Ltd.) provides identity and authentication services. ZITADEL sets cookies on its domain during the login flow (session management, CSRF protection). These are strictly necessary for authentication. ZITADEL’s privacy policy is available at https://zitadel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- PostHog, Inc. provides product analytics. PostHog cookies (
ph_*) are only set with your consent. PostHog’s privacy policy is available at https://posthog.com/privacy. - Stripe, Inc. processes payments. Stripe may set cookies on its own domain when you interact with payment forms. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
We do not have access to or control over cookies set by these services on their own domains.
Your Browser Settings#
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. However, if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Site (such as login and the dashboard) may not function correctly.
Instructions for managing cookies in common browsers:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Do Not Track#
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. We do not currently respond to DNT signals, as there is no common industry standard. However, analytics cookies are never set without your affirmative consent regardless of your DNT settings, and we do not engage in behavioral advertising.
Changes to This Policy#
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the Site. If we introduce new categories of non-essential cookies, we will update the consent mechanism accordingly.
