This Refund Policy describes the terms under which Airdress, Inc. (“Airdress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) issues refunds for paid products. The billing model for each product (recurring or one-time) is listed at https://airdress.co/pricing. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

1. Recurring Subscriptions#
1.1 Cancellation#
You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time through your account at account.airdress.co/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to any associated benefits through that date. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused days in a paid billing period.
1.2 EU and UK Right of Withdrawal#
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-goods purchase within 14 days of the initial transaction (the “withdrawal period”), without giving any reason.
However, at the time of purchase you will be presented with an explicit checkbox asking you to confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and that you understand your right of withdrawal is forfeited once delivery has begun. Checking this box and completing the purchase constitutes your affirmative consent under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent provision in UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 37).
If you have not yet accessed any benefits and wish to exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days of your first purchase, contact support@airdress.co before accessing those benefits.
2. One-Time Payments#
One-time payments are non-refundable.
Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- Fraudulent charges: If you did not authorize the charge.
To request a review, email support@airdress.co within 14 days of the charge with your order details. We will respond within 14 days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Chargebacks#
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@airdress.co before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
4. Payment Processor#
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy. Airdress does not store payment card details.
